In your PKGBUILD line 36 you install the systemd service unit in mode 755 (which makes it executable).

This yields a warning from systemd:

systemd[1]: Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/prometheus-fritzbox-exporter.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
