This seems to be included with prosody 30.0.0+. At least it includes /usr/lib/prosody/modules/mod_cloud_notify.lua
So if no older prosody version remains on the aurweb this could probably be removed.

Please fix the PKGBUILD: :: prosody-mod-cloud-notify package(s) failed to install. :: ensure package version does not mismatch between .SRCINFO and PKGBUILD :: ensure package name has a VCS suffix if this is a devel package
