@kxuan: Please change the dependency to
protoc-gen-js. For one, I've just added a package building from source. Either way,protoc-gen-js-binprovidesprotoc-gen-js. Never specifically depend on a package variant unless there's a reason for it.EDIT: Especially since
protoc-gen-js-binis unmaintained and is sorely out of date.czarnoh commented on 2024-03-29 09:07 (UTC)
@kxuan, the issue is resolved. Thanks a lot!

Sorry, my bad. I have updated the pkgrel in SRCINFO and upload the package again. Please try again.

After the build was upgraded to 1.5.0, there is PKGBUILD and .SRCINFO pkgrel discrepancy. I guess because of that yay keeps on trying to upgrade the package to 1.5.0-1, while after it is built, 1.5.0-0 is provided. Next time it tries again and this goes on and on.
