I am getting the same error as Locutus64. I stopped the VPN client and still got same error.

Are you coming from an IP that is in or looks like it is in Russia? The servarr servers block those IPs.

I get the same error with a fresh copy of Manjaro XFCE arm64. Readarr throws the same one.

I just installed a fresh copy of Garuda from the new ISO they released, and I've installed Sonarr, Flaresolverr, and attempted to install Prowlarr Developer and keep getting the below. I'm also getting that with Radarr.
