Just installed successfully using mirror:
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/prozilla/prozilla-2.0.4.tar.bz2/220f03968ddac79c2d6b48a507cd9c71/prozilla-2.0.4.tar.bz2

Also had to move /usr/share/locale/locale.alias out of the way.. put it back after install.
