prusa-slicer was displaying many graphical glitches and flickering since the 2.3 update in my "custom" desktop environment build around i3 and compton/picom. Switching back to using GTK2 (used to be the default up until version 2.2) fixed all the issues.

Official support for GTK2 has ended and even prusa-slicer upstream is using GTK3 in the official builds, so it is questionable how long this will work, but up until then, I try keep this updated in parallel with the GTK3 version in the official Arch repositories.
