package seems to not build anymore, files were moved/deleted on their sourceforge used http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/libmikmod/libmikmod-3.2.0.tar.gz/96e9820d72a41fe27ff304071739696c/libmikmod-3.2.0.tar.gz and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pspdev/psplibraries/master/patches/libmikmod-3.2.0-PSP.patch instead and it worked

Source URL is wrong, there have been serious bugs in that version, so they added "-DONTUSE" to the archive name.
