Can't upgrade to 1.4-1 due to setup.py not existing in the tar.gz since 1.3:

python: can't open file '/tmp/makepkg/psrecord/src/psrecord-1.4/setup.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...
 -> error making: psrecord-exit status 4
