I uninstalled Zettler and it works now...weird...-

It is weird but I get this error:

@bruceutut thanks for the hint. I will try to create another package "-bin" and convert this one to be built from sources as soon as I have some time.

@Tio: thanks for letting me know :) Enjoy

Tio commented on 2019-10-25 01:40 (UTC)

Works now...just so you know ;)

bruceutut commented on 2019-10-25 01:04 (UTC)

No offence but this is an open-source application, so if you use rpm/deb/appimage as source, then this package should be suffixed by -bin. publii should be build from source and then package.

Tio commented on 2019-08-30 09:15 (UTC)

The appimage is also not working and I reported that to the official Github here https://github.com/GetPublii/Publii/issues/549 - I hope it gets fixed. As for the logs if you can tell me where to find them I'll be happy to send them to you ;)

@Tio: I'm sorry but I do not use Manjaro, I usually test this on Arch only. Anyway if you are able to pull out some logs I'll be happy to further investigate. But all I do usually is to repack the rpm and that's it. Feel free to explore the PKGBUILD. If you have found any fix, just let me know. Thank you in advance.

In Manjaro Gnome it does not open. Clicking the installed app icon does nothing.

Hey @JulianXhokaxhiu, thanks for looking into it. It seems like I am getting a 502 error trying to download the package both via the pkgbuild file and from the cdn links at: https://getpublii.com/download/. I however am able to use the none-cdn links that are located at the bottom of that webpage in the "alternative downloads" section. I agree with you that using the cdn links would be the best option however they (at least for me) seem to lead to 502 server error page. I have created an issue on github to see if this is something on their end.

@ghostinthefiber hi, looks like it's an issue on your side as I am not able to replicate. Related to non-cdn links, can you plese highlight me where can I find them? Although I personally prefer CDN links because they are better optimized for the download, based on your location. Best regards.
