The source repo does not seem to exist anymore.

Maybe consider upating it...

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
py3-chirp-git: /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/tests/__init__.py exists in filesystem (owned by python-lsassy)
py3-chirp-git: /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/tests/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-39.pyc exists in filesystem (owned by python-lsassy)

Can you rename the package to chirp-git-py3 for uniformity with others?
