2jwa, In case you want package that will be updated to and from EAP build and back to stable releases, then consider using "pycharm-official-updates" package. This package is for those, who want both stable (provided by community/pycharm) and EAP releases on their systems, without duplicating and redundant updates for this package, when stable release comes out

I'd like to see this package getting updated even if there's currently no official EAP. Just so we get updates once there's a new EAP version available.
