I added a modified 69-basler-camera.rules (installed to /usr/lib/udev/rules.d). Could you verify if it works? Specifically, I removed the MODE:="0666" and the TAG+="udev-acl", since on Arch we only need TAG+="uaccess". I also added a pass of patchelf --shrink-rpath on the ELF files, since they contained a bunch on garbage RPATHs left over from whoever build the binaries. The joy of binary distributions :[

Ahoy! I just got an update to my own "pylon" package, great to see you have submitted this to the AUR! Would you mind installing the 69-basler-cameras.rules file to /etc/udev/rules.d/?
