As commented by Matty_r the pkgversion needs to change, but the checksum will mismatch.

I get the following when trying to install (via pacaur):
:: Installing pymedusa package(s)... :: pymedusa package(s) failed to install. :: ensure package version does not mismatch between .SRCINFO and PKGBUILD :: ensure package name has a VCS suffix if this is a devel package
In order to install it, I had to copy pkgver=14291.f5973b284 from PKGBUILD and replace pkgver = 13507.d6eb72d4e in .SRCINFO
