I adopted this package, and also added pypy3 support in a split package. If you only want the pypy2 version, just pass --pkg pypy-cython to makepkg. Note that while cython itself runs fine on pypy3, C files it produces aren’t compilable due to newer cpython functions not implemented in cpyext. Patches welcome. :)
