Source was moved to https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/49/44/0711f5ed6d7e322757dfcb66cf8bd142e4841165b5e0b282cae4e3fd98d6/adafruit_circuitpython_framebuf-1.6.7.tar.gz and _pypi_pkgname is wrong it should be adafruit_circuitpython_framebuf so edit the PKGBUILD and change these and it will build
