Please remove the tests (e.g. /usr/lib/python3.12/site-packages/affine/tests/ dir) from the built package, as per Arch Python package guidelines.

Also please implement testing in PKGBUILD using check(). (That is also called for by the guidelines.)

SPDX-style license should be declared as 'BSD-3-Clause'.

This does not needs python-pip in depends, but it does need python-setuptools in makedepends.

I think you need to correct the description and the url fields of this package. This does not look KiCad related.
