Is it allowed for packages to install both python2 and 3 version? Also in pkgbuild it says version 3.2 but it's now 3.9.x in main repos.

This should be moved to python-cs1graphics.

The md5sum in the PKGBUILD is incorrect. Should be replaced with '2abf99242b7fd77990ad5a80afad6ac1'.
