Update: Python module has been re-enabled.

I enabled Python module compilation in this package + openems, and it compiled fine on my end (as per 2025-02-18).

Python version: 3.13.2

Note: I'm using testing repos, but hopefully that's not a make or break it kind of situation

I've disabled the Python modules in openems-git and csxcad-git because of errors that may be associated with upgrade to Python 3.13 (different from the missing header message).

Will attempt to re-enable them in a few months, or if someone notifies me of a commit that fixes the problem.

@xiota: added comaintainership for these packages, many thanks for the help. Feel free to update as needed (and add your contact details to the PKGBUILD). If I end up not returning to openEMS for a while, I will transfer maintainership.

Many thanks @xiota & sorry for the delay! I have integrated your proposed changes. Are you interested in taking over ownership of the package so you can get issues fixed faster (I'm not a regular openEMS user currently)?
