I think this is missing a few dependencies (as declared here: https://github.com/celery/django-celery-beat/blob/main/requirements/default.txt)

Missing should be django-timezone-field, cron-descriptor and tzdata

Please depend on python-python-crontab instead of python-crontab. See [PRQ#40465] Merge Request for python-crontab
