This HTTP 1.1 (but not 2.0 / SPDY) RESTful client package should be deleted: upstream has not been maintained since 2021; the GitHub repo is now archived.

The package upstream is moved: https://github.com/python-dugong/python-dugong/

Old repository is deleted, so this package is now un-buildable.
