Just FYI: this depends on python-setuptools (or requires you to install it with pip yourself).

the patch is definitely useful. It might worth to add a comment explaining that building this package on a small computer such as raspberrypi requires to temporary add swap to avoid to fail compilation because of lack of ram

since `pip install gattlib` didn't work well, i made this package. enjoy.
