Needs makedepends=python-setuptools, otherwise build breaks:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'

Removed python-proboscis optional dependency.

Actually, python-proboscis would be best to drop altogether, since this PKGBUILD doesn't have a check() function, and there's no need for such.

Proboscis is long discontinued. Its last release was in 2013, and the official repository linked by the PyPI page has been deleted (404).

It is dubious that python-proboscis would be needed as a depends, since that is a testing module.

Thanks for reporting. Is now an optional dependency "python-proboscis: For tests.".
