The package currently installs the Python modules under plugins/, but omits the bundled plugin resource files, including the required plugin.yaml manifests.

This breaks all plugin-based gateway platforms, including WeCom. It is not a missing optional dependency.

Reproduction:

$ HERMES_PLUGINS_DEBUG=1 python -c \

The adapter code exists:

/usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/plugins/platforms/wecom/

but no manifest is installed:

$ find /usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/plugins \
    \( -name plugin.yaml -o -name plugin.yml \)
# no output

Hermes requires each directory plugin to contain its plugin.yaml, so hermes gateway setup only shows the remaining legacy built-in platforms.

A robust downstream workaround would be to copy the complete upstream plugins/ tree after installing the wheel, since bundled plugins may also contain non-Python sidecar files and assets:

Package version 0.19.1-1 fails to build.

Upstream now requires HERMES_NIX_BUILD=1 for wheel builds.

Please update the PKGBUILD build step:

HERMES_NIX_BUILD=1 python -m build --wheel --no-isolation
