python-pip is not needed for this build.

The ip2geotools utility included in this package requires the following python libraries/packages to work, they should be included as dependencies.

dicttoxml -> aur/python-dicttoxml geocoder -> community/python-geocoder geoip2 -> community/python-geoip2 IP2Location -> aur/python-ip2location pyquery -> community/python-pyquery selenium -> aur/python-selenium
