Looks like python-cryptography is breaking things for FreeIPA Client; it's basically this issue: https://jasonralph.org/?p=997

I had to downgrade to 37.X to get SSSD to not crash at boot.

Looks like we should be getting a fix fairly soon.

I've updated the dependency. If you are having trouble updating, try removing xmlrpc-c with pacman -Rdd xmlrpc-c and install libxmlrpc with pacman -S libxmlrpc.

I've bumped the version to 4.9.2. 4.9.3 is missing the asc file atm. I've fixed most of the issues mentioned below.

You'll need to import the GPG key of the FreeIPA Signer, from here: https://www.freeipa.org/page/Verify_Release_Signature
