package fails to build for me:

==> Starting build()...
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/build/python-julia/src/pyjulia-0.5.6/setup.py", line 6, in <module>
    from setuptools import find_packages, setup
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

python-setuptools should be added to makedep.
