Please add glibc to depends.

For me, this package throws an error in check():

==> Starting check()...
ImportError while loading conftest '/home/scarlett/.cache/paru/clone/python-mutf8/src/mutf8-1.0.6/tests/conftest.py'.
tests/conftest.py:3: in <module>
    import mutf8.mutf8 as pymutf8
E   ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mutf8'
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in check().

even though build() finished without apparent issue.
