From 0.8.0, building this package is highly rely on the network. If you meet problems like

I get the error 'no theme named 'pydata_sphinx_theme' found (missing theme.conf?)' It works when I install it from PIP.

python-docutils has been updated to version 0.17-1 and is incompatible with this package.
Could you update the PKGBUILD?
