@Lucki confirmed on my end, unfortunately the upstream has archived the project and there isn't an up-to-date fork as far as I can see

The build fails in a clean chroot:

==> Starting build()...
error in pyRdfa3 setup command: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'group'
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
