Fails to install with ==> ERROR: pkgbase should not be an array. If I make this not an array, it completes, but the builds fails with

In file included from src/python3/module.c:24:
src/python3/connection.h:33:10: fatal error: sqlcipher/sqlite3.h: No such file or directory
   33 | #include "sqlcipher/sqlite3.h"
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

And the installed package doesn't work anyway, e.g. with

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pysqlcipher3._sqlite3'

However, if I install sqlcipher first, it builds fine, i.e. this should either be a dependency or makedependency.
