I need to fix a few things before making the next upstream release, but the latest version of the AUR package fixes build on Python 3.10 by explicitly calling cython (which regenerates the broken taglib.cpp). Could you please give it a try?

Unfortunately pytaglib is broken in python 3.10. It has been fixed, but no new release has been made.
