Updated to 0.9.5, with kozec's patch.

Hi. Please, update PKGBUILD to make package usable after recent python update. You can use this patch, witch solved problem on my PC: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/134520/.nemaz_ma/python-crontab-python2-patch.tar.gz
