Hi there—

These are obsolete pkgs and would not recommend using them.

If you are looking for dictation, hyprwhspr is mature and will handle all of these deps in a discrete venv appropriate for your hardware that you never have to fiddle with.

Will try to update the set soon, though may put in a del request unless anyone wants to take it over.

I was unable to get this to compile and ended up compiling pywhispercpp with vulkan support essentially creating a custom PKGBUILD file using GGML_VULKAN=1 python -m build --wheel --no-isolation -x to build a wheel and python -m installer --destdir="${pkgdir}" dist/*.whl to package it. I had to build a couple of additional custom PKGBUILD files for missing python packages but in the end got python-pywhisper-vulkan to build which supports my AMD GPU well enough for vocalinux which is what I needed. Happy to share is anyone is interested.

I have a rocm 7.2 installed and it just throws an error and refuses to install I needed to modify the PKGBUILD to get it to install
