Isn't this a duplicate of python-raspberry-gpio?

This one doesn't work on Raspberry with aarch64 kernel. Can you please apply patches from https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/hardware/python-RPi.GPIO?

Please add armv7h as supported architecture, otherwise makepkg doesn't like it on the Raspberry Pi 3 but you can also add armv6h (older RasPi_s I think) and aarch64 (RPi3 when running aarch64 instead of armv7h)

It doesn't build on a Raspberry PI because the arch is x86 instead of arm, beneath the package is dedicated to Raspi, thus arm.
