The checksum for the license file is incorrect. It's supposed to be 55c77c92b416cef25358a86bfaf96568b5fdead5914ccebd681893b874fa3bba.

If you're going to run python setup.py build separately from python setup.py install, you should add the --skip-build flag to the python setup.py install invocation.

Also, would you be able to add the README.md file to the package, in /usr/share/doc/${pkgname}? Having some usage instructions built into the package would be valuable.
