This:

sed -e '/telegram.utils.deprecate.TelegramDeprecationWarning/i \    ignore:python-telegram-bot is using upstream urllib3. This is allowed but not supported by python-telegram-bot maintainers.:UserWarning' \
    -i setup.cfg

doesn't seem to work.
