Can you remove python-cassandra-driver from checkdepends. That package is currently broken and it's an optional dependency. If checks that depend on it are not automatically skipped, perhaps you can fix that in the prepare() function.
The test will fails. I'm trying to find solution. If you want to use this package use --mflags "--nocheck" flag.
