textual-dev-1.7.1.tar.gz gives a 404: Not Found.

Latest Github version is now 1.7.0

python-textual-serve dependency missing

hi! When manually installing the package, the following happens after a series of textual_dev.client.DevtoolsConnectionError messages:

The same happens when installing via pacman/yay as well and the package fails to build as a result:
