Updated package.

Should build in a clean chroot now.
Now pinned to the specified release. Users who want the latest git revision should use python-thefuzz-git.

Note:

Rebuild on your local machine for new python releases.

Please fix the PKGBUILD. It is really bad quality and doesn't follow the guidelines. On top of that it doesn't work when building in a chroot for obvious reasons.
