I updated the PKGBUID to use the github repo as a source, which resolves the issue on my system. Let me know if there are more issues! BTW - It does seem like the github repo is abandoned by yubico; the PGP key used to sign the latest release is expired.

I fixed the issue by replacing the link in the PKGFILE with https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/00/2a/e9b3ab5f28de7cea5abca2c71ede72c9cf99c7357542ef53614369a99cec/python-yubico-1.3.3.tar.gz This package is abandoned, I would maintain it, but I am not sure whether my download link is only a temporary one, or a permalink...

Seems that it's 404.
