Please revert sources to use source=("$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz::https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/source/z/zfec/zfec-$pkgver.tar.gz) again.

It doesn't look like upstream supports python2 anymore; I would suggest dropping the split package.

argparse was mainlined in python2 in 2.7. Please remove this dep.

Looks like python2-argparse should be added to depends, else cli tools (z{,un}fec) are unusable.
