@EndlessEden python2 support has been dropped in 3.2[1]. 3.1.1 is still python2 compatible.

this is bugged, it tries to overwrite /usr/bin/markdown_py (python-markdown| python3 version)- however both markdown version 3.1.1 is Python3 version(the one your trying to package) and a older version of python-markdown
