I just updated this to the latest point release in the 1.43.x branch, which is the last to support python 2.

Even though more recent versions of the mutagen library exist, as the name suggests this package is for the python2 version, so if you need the latest (python 3) version rather see python-mutagen-git.

How can I find your key? because:
