Another similar issue was reported on upstream.
https://github.com/Gallopsled/pwntools/issues/573

Now the binaries under /usr/bin/* are renamed to /usr/bin/pwn-* to avoid filename conflictions.

Would it be possible to rename the disasm script? For example in pwn-disasm? It collides with the binary from the community package distorm which is a dependency of volatility.

Now missing dependencies are fixed up.
Its sister package python2-pwntools-git was patched as well.

Just one more thing. Pwntools seems to be working fine with capstone 3.0. Please add following line in prepare() to make it work:
sed -i "s/'capstone==2.1'/'capstone'/" setup.py

Please add following dependencies to make all tools functional (according to https://github.com/Gallopsled/pwntools/blob/master/setup.py):
* python2-argparse
* python2-pyelftools
* python2-capstone
* ropgadget
* python2-pyserial
* python2-requests
* python2-psutil
