The PKGBUILD itself is fine and there should be no problems with Pacman etc. The problem was just that the AUR metadata has changed format. Anyway I rebuilt it, so all should be good now.

I believe the naming of this file, as well as that of "python2-rarfile", are breaches of the versioning convention. Their version should probably be "2.7-1" (or possibly 2.7.1-1), not "2.7-1-1". As it stands, Arch keeps reinstalling the files forever...!
