Seems that the file checksum reverted back to the initial value.
Reverted the checksum back in the PKGBUILD, assuming that previous change was a mistake on the hosts part.
If this continues to happen, I'll figure out something else.

Something must have changed with the git host, maybe they updated and the archive generation changed.
Updated the checksum then as otherwise everything seemed to be in order.

@denilsonsa finally updated the upstream qmake code (and this PKGBUILD to match), should now build correctly. (I have tested with makepkg)
