After reading the patch, looks like the "pinning" in question is actually forcing qemu to run on specific CPUs. Pinning to a CPU core specifically, or smth like that.

@thrymgjol, I'm not exactly experienced at patching, and I cannot for the life of me get that patch to apply. It gives me a patch.rej file containing what looks to be the contents of capstone-include.patch, but since it doesn't truly create capstone-include.patch, building the package fails. I've tried using git apply as well as patch, how am I supposed to apply your patch? Thanks!

I made a patch to update to 4.2.0. Currently, it patches an include error for capstone.h, until https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/61507 is resolved.
