Build can be fixed with patch to Makefiles in this commit: https://github.com/c4dm/qm-vamp-plugins/commit/cb2fafb3dc8f0f0c841a03fef2b40b37ac2ee96e
No new release has been published since four years ago, 1.8.0 is still the latest.

On top of what agarbathi said, it also does not build.
