@jeets I believe you are using pamac
just like @Dwa30v
. Please use the steps from the pinned comment above, to troubleshoot the installation.

@FirstAirBender
I'm using pacman
, and upgrade with sudo pacman -Syyu
. I did as you suggested, removed the cache entry. I used pamac
to remove and install. Then, all worked well.
Thanks for the help!
$ pamac remove qogir-gtk-theme
$ pamac install qogir-gtk-theme

@Dwa30v @jeets
May I know what package manager you are both using. I use yay
and this installation works for me.
If possible, try removing the package folder from your package manager's cache, and also uninstalling the package. Then do a fresh installation

@FirstAirBender - Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it still fails on my system.

It looks like @jeets has the same problem?

@Dwa30v I'm not sure why the build stage failed, but I've updated the dependencies to include grep
and I've also fixed the syntax used for matching the options.
Please update your package to see if this works.

@muhas Can you please elaborate on how to fix this (I am total noob). Thanks much
muhas commented on 2021-11-20 12:53 (UTC)
@Dwa30v remove build() function in PKGBUILD or fixit INSTALL_OPTS in build()
