I'm using pacman, and upgrade with sudo pacman -Syyu. I did as you suggested, removed the cache entry. I used pamac to remove and install. Then, all worked well.

$ pamac install qogir-gtk-theme

@darkside I added an options.txt file, so you can now specify extra options to pass to the install.sh file

During the installation can I modify PKGBUILD and change line from ./install.sh -d "$pkgdir/usr/share/themes" to ./install.sh -i -l arch -d "$pkgdir/usr/share/themes"

Or after the installation, can I change nautilus logo and background?
